Participants and accompanying persons can register on-site both for the conference and the Quantum Event.

The accompanying person fee includes the admission to the Social Program only.

The Quantum Event one-day pass allows to participate in the conference during the whole day (lunch included) only on June 15th. It is dedicated to people who have not registered for the whole conference, wishing to attend only the Quantum Session.

Reduced registration fees are intended for students: they are not available to Post-Doctoral Fellows. Applicants are required to bring the  student-fee-application-form   filled in or  to  send it to info@isec2017.org before the on-site registration.

 

Conference registration (except for accompanying person fee and Quantum Even one-day pass) includes:

  • Access to all sessions of the Scientific Program;
  • Access to the Scientific and Industrial Exhibition;
  • Admission to the Social Program (Welcome Reception, and Conference Dinner);
  • Submission of one paper for the conference publication provided the abstract has been previously accepted
  • Access to the publication that includes all papers submitted to the Conference, downloadable from the conference website through the registration code;
  • Coffee break refreshments;
  • Lunch service (from Tuesday to Friday)

The Conference Registration Service will issue the badge and hand over the conference material at the registration desks in the Conference Venue Foyer (Room Amber).

Preregistered participants will be addressed in desks alphabetically ordered by Surname.

The onsite registration will be made at a dedicated desk.

Participants should allow up to forty minutes for the registration/material handling over procedures.

In order to speed those last up, participants are strongly recommended to take advantage of the registration desk opening on Monday, 12 June from 15:30 till 19:00, before the Welcome Cocktail.

Monday, 12 June: from 15:30 till 19:00

Tuesday, 13 June: form 8:00 till 13:30 and from 14:00 till 18:30

Wednesday, 14 June: from 8:30 till 13:30 and from 14:00 till 18:30

Thursday, 15 June: from 8:30 till 13:30 and from 14:00 till 18:30

Friday, 16 June from 8:30 till 11:30

 

Please note that participants are requested to wear their badge at all times.

They will be asked to show it to be admitted to the sessions, to the coffee and lunch break area, and to the social events of the Conference.

The badge will also allow the participants to board the shuttle bus from the Sorrento pickup point to the conference venue and back.
